About Me
At Cultural Family Therapy, I am committed to working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families on their journey of self-improvement. My approach helps identify unhealthy thoughts/behaviors and actions that can cause depression, conflict within relationships, anxiety, triggers and provide skills, support, and different outlooks on life. Maybe it’s something you are experiencing for the first time, maybe it’s an issue that comes up again and again, or maybe it’s just difficult to start to even make sense of it all. I provide a safe space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
I have experience working with individuals affected by domestic violence, anxiety, depression, PTSD and have a history of co-facilitated psychoeducation groups. I have experience in working with multicultural populations, specifically impacted by domestic violence. I am bilingual (oral/written) in English/Punjabi.
I am passionate about serving the central valley and working with individuals of all cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am here to support and empower them on their journey towards healing and meeting their goals.
Please feel free to contact me via email if you have any questions or just curious of therapy. I look forward to speaking with you!
