Cultural Family Therapy takes several insurances and accepts all forms of payments to meet the needs of our patients.

Insurance Coverage

We ask that you check your coverage carefully so you are informed about the benefits offered. Here are some questions to ask your insurance before you reach out to a therapist for therapy:

  • How much is my co-pay for in-network providers
    and out-of-network providers?

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
    If so, what is the percentage that is covered for out-of-network providers?

  • What is my co-insurance?

  • What is my co-payment?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • Do I need to obtain prior authorization before starting treatment?

Service Rates

  • Assessments: $200
  • Individual therapy Rate $100-150
  • Couples Rate $150 Flat Rate.
  • Family Therapy $150 Flat Rate.
  • Ask about our Private Pay / Cash / Out of Pocket Rates

Accepted Insurances

If your insurance plan covers “out-of-network” providers we can provide you with an invoice, commonly referred to as a “Superbill,” to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of services. All rates and services will be discussed before starting therapy.

    Anthem PPO plans are not currently accepted. If you have a commercial plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits available.

  • Beacon Health Options — Available with licensed therapists only. At this time, we are not accepting new clients.

Payments

Payments are required at the end of the session.
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
