About Me
Hello, I am a first-gen Hispanic therapist. I understand what it means to move between worlds, balancing cultural expectations while searching for your own identity and sense of belonging.
This lived experience shapes the way I show up for every client. I work with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, immigrants, multicultural families, couples, children, and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and relationship challenges.
I am especially passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for communities for whom therapy might feel unfamiliar, stigmatized, or even out of reach. My approach is integrative and tailored to you, drawing from CBT, Gottman, EFT, Gestalt, Narrative
Therapy, and play-based methods to fit your needs, not the other way around. Therapy should feel like a place where all of you is welcome: your story, your culture, your whole self. You were never meant to carry the weight of the world alone.
Supervised by Angelica Ceja.
