I work with a range of clients from 3-65 with my primary focus on multicultural/minority backgrounds and LGBTQ+ populations and community.

My therapeutic modality focuses on client-centered perspective, empathetic understanding, gender affirmative and multi-cultural lens which creates a very supportive space and perspectives for clients. From my previous employment and training, I have been able to increase my understanding of trauma, crisis, bereavement, substance abuse, foster care youth/adults, LGBTQ+ community and diverse populations from different socio-economic backgrounds.
I have training in trauma-focused CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Gender Asset Certification, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), grief and loss, play therapy, motivational interviewing and client centered therapy.
