A Cultural Competency
Look at Therapy

We are dedicated to guiding children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community through their personal journeys and life challenges. Our support extends to all individuals, including those in majority and minority groups, as they navigate societal stress, microaggressions, macroaggressions, discrimination, and issues of privilege and underprivilege. Our clinicians examine each client’s cultural perspective to understand how it impacts their life, both positively and negatively. Our goal is to empower patients by acknowledging their cultural views and providing support and skills to address any internal conflicts related to culture and society, ultimately enhancing their mental health and well-being.
